I like to soak my skin in milk or cover my body with cold milk rags. Then I scrub my skin with an exfoliater—like sugar and finally i finish up with a blend of honey, oatmeal and lemon juice. I rub that over my skin and let sit for a while finally i wash it all off pat dry and if necessary coat with a light lotion or moisterizer
