help plz self draining abscess?
i have abscess and the other day i drained it myself .. now there is big hole in my skin which i know is normal but now is stings so i just put a bandage over the hole …. so wat do i do you take care of it and help it heal.. also how long will it take to heal .. below is picture of wat im talkin about

also when the abscess is finish draining do i to keep the bandage on as long as i keep it clean?
I had one lanced a few months ago. The hole stayed for a while. But you need to take a hot bath at least twice a day to keep it cleaned out. Also keep gauze on it b/c it is going to drain for a few days. You can pour some peroxide on it if you want to make sure bacteria is staying out of it.
**I kept gauze on mine until the hole started to close, just so stuff wouldn’t get in it.
They also gave me an antibiotic to take for a week, so if you have any antibiotics around the house take them for a few days to kill any infection.
