Should overweight people be allowed to sue?
Mcdonalds supersized options are gone. Rations are cut on menus across the nation and healthier alternatives are available. However, should an obese person be allowed to sue based upon their condition? Do you think it is the same as what the gays are going through with civil rights? Is obesity a choice or is it a form of neglect? Neglect meaning that the individual refuses to take care of themselves harmoniously? I watched the Tiara show a few days ago and the topic discussed women that were proud to be bbws and one woman became upset that she was not sexy enough to her husband because he wanted her bigger. I know there are some that are happy in their skin but should the issue be addressed when they feel threatened by society’s thinness?
