How embarrassing is THIS! (Not a question so much as a rant)?
In a town not far from where I live, a bunch of elementary kids on a bus were chanting ‘assassinate Obama.’ Is that not the worst thing you’ve ever heard!? Elementary kids! They don’t even know what ‘assassinate’ means yet, they must have heard adults around them talking about it! I am so embarrassed to be from Idaho right now, we are already known for nothing but potatoes and rednecks, now we get to be known for being racist, ignorant bigots as well. What I wouldn’t give for people to shut up already about Obama’s skin color. Honestly, who cares if the man is black, orange, pink or blue? He’s going to have the same ideals regardless of his color! WHY do I live in a state with such ignoramuses??
Kids repeat what they hear. This is an indictment against their parents.
