Information on plastic surgery on your nose?
I have a bigger than average nose and have been thinking of getting plastic surgery. But before I do and look into it any further, I have some questions:
- does it hurt
- what happens? During surgery
- what/ how much medication would I be on?
- what do I have to do after surgery??
The cartilages and bones on the inside of the nose are cut and manipulated using scissors , hammer & chissel, rasps and files.
At the end of the procedure, after the incisions are closed, the nose is dressed, to hold it securely in place as it heals.
After taping, the metal splint is designed and cut and shaped, and it is placed on the nose.
